Role Overview :

As a GenAI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating Large Language Models and generative AI capabilities into our core banking platforms. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts to design and deploy intelligent systems that automate complex financial workflows and enhance user decision-making.

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product suite, ensuring that our AI implementations are not only technically sophisticated but also secure, scalable, and directly aligned with the high-performance requirements of global financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end generative AI pipelines, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, to improve the accuracy and relevance of automated banking insights.

- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs to handle domain-specific financial data, ensuring high precision in document analysis and regulatory reporting tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into existing microservices, enhancing the overall functionality of the eMACH.ai ecosystem.

- Establish robust evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure compliance with financial data privacy and security standards.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions that drive operational efficiency and superior customer experiences for our global banking clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.

- Strong programming expertise in Python, with a deep understanding of machine learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Proven ability to design and manage vector databases and search indexing strategies to support high-scale retrieval systems.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a high-growth, global team environment.

- A solid foundation in computer science or a related quantitative field, typically evidenced by a degree from a top-tier engineering institution.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical projects independently while maintaining alignment with global team objectives.
