Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Specialist - Integration to join our team.

With over 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be an expert in designing, architecting, and implementing robust and scalable integration solutions.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of API management, event-driven messaging, and identity and access management to connect diverse systems and ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead the development of integration solutions using platforms like WSO2 and Azure API Management (APIM).

- Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions using Solace PubSub+.

- Define and enforce API security policies and standards, leveraging tools such as WSO2 Identity Server for authentication and authorization.

- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical guidance to resolve problems efficiently.

- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices for integration development, API management, and security.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the integration space to continuously improve our technical stack.

Required Technical Skills :

- WSO2: Extensive hands-on experience with WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Enterprise Integrator.

- Azure APIM: Expertise in designing and managing APIs using Azure API Management.

- Solace PubSub+: Proven experience in developing event-driven architectures and managing Solace PubSub+ infrastructure.

- WSO2 Identity Server: Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and practical experience with WSO2 Identity Server.

- API Security: Deep understanding of API security principles and technologies, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

Qualifications and Experience :

- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an integration-focused role.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Extensive experience with enterprise integration patterns and architectures.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver complex, high-impact integration projects.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
