What our Senior Full Stack Engineer Will Do:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer designs, builds, and supports modern software solutions across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and data layers. This is a senior hands-on engineering role for someone who can deliver production-grade solutions, mentor others, and operate effectively across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate also brings meaningful experience with AI or agentic engineering practices, either through AI-enabled product features or AI-assisted development workflows.

What we are looking for:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack applications.

- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces, services, APIs, and integrations.

- Contribute to solution design, estimation, code review, testing, and production support.

- Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and analysts to deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Mentor engineers through technical guidance and code review.

- Identify and address technical debt, scalability issues, and quality gaps.

- Document technical designs, interfaces, and operational considerations.

- Apply AI capabilities or AI-assisted tools where they improve product value or engineering efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fit for senior-level full stack work.

- Strong experience in modern front-end development and component-based UI design using ReactJS and/or AngularJS.

- Strong experience building back-end services, APIs, and integrations using C#.NET.

- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and performance-aware data access patterns.

- Experience delivering cloud-based, secure, observable production systems.

- Strong grounding in automated testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD practices.

- Hands-on experience with AI or agentic engineering workflows, tools, or product feature development.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and maintain regular overlap with North American stakeholders.
