About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Agents) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications and agentic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React.js, LLM orchestration, and AI agent frameworks, along with hands-on experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.

In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and enterprise-scale architectures to build intelligent, scalable, and highly reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Python and React.js.

- Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases.

- Develop intelligent workflows using LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool/plugin integrations to enhance agent capabilities.

- Work with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph to implement reasoning workflows, including patterns such as the ReAct loop.

- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless system connectivity and interoperability.

- Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and tracing mechanisms to improve AI agent performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for enterprise-grade performance.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in Python and React.js.

- Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying at least one production-grade AI agent or LLM-based application.

- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI tool/plugin integrations.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks.

- Practical experience implementing reasoning mechanisms such as the ReAct loop and other agent workflows.

- Strong experience in API integrations (REST/GraphQL).

- Experience in observability, logging, and tracing for AI systems and agents.

- Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

- Databricks certification or hands-on experience with Databricks ecosystem.

- Exposure to modern AI/ML deployment ecosystems and cloud-based architectures.
