Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, based out of our Bengaluru office.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and developing microservices-based architectures, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration across distributed systems.

What we're looking for :

- Proficiency in React.js, including component-based UI development, state management (Redux/Context API), and responsive single-page applications

- Strong command over Java and Spring Boot, including RESTful API development, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA

- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)

- Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile Scrum environment

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into modular, maintainable codebases.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the front-end and back-end layers to enhance user engagement.

- Implement secure API integrations and database schemas to ensure data integrity and system security for enterprise-grade applications.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence within the team.
