The Technology Lead will be responsible for driving technical decisions, establishing development best practices, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring that applications are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software developers, providing technical direction and supporting their professional growth.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and .NET technologies.

- Take ownership of technical design, architecture decisions, coding standards, and development practices.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.

- Build robust back-end services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end applications and backend services.

- Work with SQL Server to design queries, stored procedures, data models, and database integrations.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, estimation, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and responsiveness across different environments.

- Identify technical bottlenecks, troubleshoot production and development issues, and implement effective solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.

- Establish and promote reusable components, clean coding practices, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.

- Support the team in debugging complex application and integration issues.

- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

- Contribute to technical documentation, architectural decisions, and development guidelines.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and engineering practices.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices relevant to Angular and .NET development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.

- Strong programming experience in C# and .NET.

- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.

- Good knowledge of SQL Server, database concepts, queries, and stored procedures.

- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design.

- Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of web application development and integration concepts.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and modern software development practices is preferred.

Education :

- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
