Solution Architect MERN Stack / React Full Stack

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect MERN Stack / React Full Stack to design scalable, secure, high-performance web application solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern full-stack architectures, along with the ability to provide technical direction across multiple development squads.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance web applications.

- Define solution architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and technology direction for application development.

- Provide technical leadership to multiple development squads across design, architecture, reusability, performance, scalability, and engineering best practices.

- Drive the adoption of reusable components, frameworks, libraries, and common architectural patterns.

- Define front-end architecture using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Work closely with engineering, product, business, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Review technical designs, architecture documents, and key technology decisions.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, testing practices, and quality guidelines.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

- Identify technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.

- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.

- Conduct architecture and code reviews and provide mentorship to senior developers and technical leads.

- Drive modernization, technology upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and engineering standards.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of software development experience with significant experience in solution design and architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Strong understanding of MERN Stack / Full Stack architecture.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade web applications.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, reusable architecture, API integration, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, and modern software engineering practices.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience working across multiple development teams or squads.

- Excellent knowledge of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
