Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Engineer with expertise in designing and developing scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development experience using Python and modern web frameworks while also demonstrating proficiency in frontend technologies and modern software engineering practices.

Candidates with exposure to AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM integrations, Microservices, and Cloud Platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Stack Engineering :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.

- Build scalable REST APIs and backend services.

- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

- Implement reusable components and engineering frameworks.

- Deliver end-to-end ownership from design through production deployment.

2. Backend Development :

- Develop microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Design API-led architectures and service integrations.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Build data-intensive applications and workflow-driven systems.

3. Frontend Development :

- Develop user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Create reusable UI components and responsive applications.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and cloud services.

4. Cloud & DevOps :

- Build and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation practices.

- Ensure observability, monitoring, and application reliability.

5. AI & Modern Engineering :

- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

- Build applications powered by LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.

- Contribute to AI-enabled engineering productivity initiatives.

6. Innovation & Collaboration :

- Work closely with architects, product teams, and researchers.

- Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews.

- Contribute to innovation initiatives, PoCs, and reusable IP creation.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline.
