We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Robotics Engineer to drive the development of advanced vision and AI capabilities for robotic applications.

The role will involve designing scalable computer vision software, leading perception development, integrating AI models with robotics platforms, and improving the reliability and performance of production-grade vision systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of computer vision solutions for robotics and intelligent automation applications.

- Define technical approaches and architecture for vision-based software systems.

- Develop advanced solutions for object detection, recognition, tracking, segmentation, classification, and visual inspection.

- Design scalable image and video processing pipelines for real-time applications.

- Lead the development, training, evaluation, and deployment of deep learning models for computer vision.

- Work with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV to build production-ready solutions.

- Integrate computer vision and AI components with ROS/ROS2-based robotic applications.

- Develop software interfaces and APIs to integrate computer vision modules with robotics and enterprise applications.

- Optimize model inference, application performance, memory utilization, and processing latency.

- Evaluate different computer vision and deep learning approaches based on accuracy, performance, and deployment requirements.

- Establish development and testing practices for computer vision applications.

- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to model performance, image quality, inference, and system integration.

- Lead proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations for new computer vision technologies.

- Collaborate with robotics, AI/ML, software, embedded, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Review code and technical designs and ensure adherence to software engineering standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on computer vision and robotics software development.

- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production vision systems.

- Prepare technical documentation covering architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills :

- 9 - 11 years of experience in Computer Vision, Robotics Software, AI/ML, or related technologies.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and C++.

- Strong experience with OpenCV and computer vision algorithms.

- Excellent understanding of image processing, computer vision, and deep learning concepts.

- Strong experience with object detection, image classification, segmentation, tracking, and visual recognition.

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.

- Experience taking computer vision models from development to production.

- Strong experience with ROS/ROS2 and integration of AI/CV components with robotics applications.

- Experience developing real-time image and video processing applications.

- Knowledge of model optimization and deployment techniques.

- Strong experience with Linux, Git, APIs, debugging, and software engineering practices.

- Understanding of CI/CD and production software development practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.

- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
