Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning frameworks, and AI model deployment.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Teams, and Cloud Architects to build intelligent applications that solve complex business problems using advanced AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications using Python.

- Build scalable Machine Learning pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment.

- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP applications, and automation solutions.

- Work on supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.

- Implement Deep Learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

- Develop and optimize APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.

- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to manage structured and unstructured datasets.

- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.

- Deploy AI/ML models using cloud platforms and containerized environments.

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy and scalability.

- Work with MLOps tools for model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and automation.

- Research emerging AI/ML trends and recommend innovative solutions.

- Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of AI applications.

Required Technical Skills :

Programming & Development :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Hands-on experience in REST API development using Flask or FastAPI.

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and coding standards.

AI/ML Technologies :

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Scikit-learn

- TensorFlow

- PyTorch

- Keras

- Experience in Deep Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.

- Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an added advantage.

Data Handling & Processing :

Strong experience with :

- Pandas

- NumPy

- SciPy

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Cloud & Deployment :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.

- Experience deploying ML models in production environments.

Additional Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or vector databases.

- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.

- Knowledge of Computer Vision and NLP techniques.

- Exposure to Apache Spark or big data technologies is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or Python Development.

- Ability to work in Agile development environments.

- Experience handling enterprise-scale AI applications is preferred.
