Role Overview :

Master data workflows are how product, customer, and vendor data is requested, enriched, validated, approved, and distributed across Danone's global landscape spanning Orsoft, SAP ECC / S/4HANA, and the surrounding integration layer. As Product Owner for the Master Data Workflow, you own the vision, roadmap, and backlog of the platform.

Technical Skills Required :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 7+ years in enterprise IT & Data, including proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.

- Strong command of agile product ownership : backlog management, user stories, and release planning.

- Sufficient domain fluency in SAP master data and BPM (e.g. Orsoft, SAP Business Workflow, SAP MDG).

- Excellent stakeholder management across business and IT up to senior-management level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, communicate, and evolve the vision and strategy for the Master Data Workflow.

- Own, maintain, and prioritize a single, transparent product backlog.

- Work closely with business process owners, data owners, and stewards to refine requirements.

- Own the product roadmap and plan releases with the squad.

- Act as the primary liaison between the squad and stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, R&I, and Supply Chain.

- Ensure workflow designs align with Data Governance frameworks and compliance obligations.

- Identify opportunities to automate workflow activities through AI, low-code, and RPA.
