Developer MERN Stack / React Full Stack

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack / React Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, delivering high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build robust end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Build reusable and maintainable UI components and front-end architectures.

- Collaborate with backend developers, product teams, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established development standards.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and engineering best practices.

- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective technical solutions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of overall software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.

- Experience developing responsive and cross-browser web applications.

- Good understanding of web application architecture and reusable component design.

- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to MERN Stack / full-stack development is preferred.

- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
