About the Role :

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in IT, Security, or Development, with hands-on expertise in either Python-based development and data processing or Microsoft Power Apps. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience in continuous improvement and automation.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT, Security, or related role.

- Minimum 4 years of development experience with Python, Pandas/Polars (DataFrame), and SQL OR minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

- Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain solutions using Python, Pandas/Polars, and SQL.

- Alternatively, develop and manage business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.

- Automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with IT, Security, Development, and business teams.

- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Follow development, security, quality, and documentation best practices.

- Continuously improve existing processes, applications, and automation solutions.

Preferred Profile :

- Strong hands-on development or Power Apps experience.

- Experience working in an IT / Security environment is preferred.

- Good understanding of data processing and automation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
