Role Overview :

As an Informatica MDM SaaS Lead, you will serve as the technical anchor for our master data management initiatives, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust cloud architecture. You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, data architects, and client stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute end-to-end Informatica MDM SaaS implementations to provide clients with a single source of truth for their enterprise data.

- Design complex data models and mapping strategies to ensure seamless integration between source systems and the MDM hub.

- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to maintain data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.

- Optimize data pipelines and integration workflows using SQL and cloud-based database environments like Snowflake to improve processing efficiency.

- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable MDM solutions.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight on development best practices to ensure high-quality delivery standards.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure system stability in a SaaS environment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Informatica MDM SaaS solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proficient in advanced data modeling techniques and the ability to structure complex data hierarchies for master data management.

- Strong command of SQL for complex data manipulation and performance tuning within Snowflake DB environments.

- Proven experience in implementing data governance policies and stewardship processes that align with business objectives.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

- Ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Minimum of 10 to 13 years of professional experience in data management, integration, and MDM implementation.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
