Data Integration & Informatica MDM Developer

Experience : 8 to 9 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end MDM solutions using Informatica MDM to ensure high-quality data stewardship across the enterprise.

- Architect robust data integration pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to facilitate seamless data movement between disparate legacy systems and cloud environments.

- Configure and customize Informatica MDM match and merge rules to resolve data conflicts and maintain a golden record for critical business entities.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define data governance policies and translate them into technical specifications that improve overall data integrity.

- Optimize performance of complex data mappings and workflows to ensure timely delivery of data to downstream analytical platforms and reporting tools.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and promote best practices in data architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Informatica MDM, including the configuration of Data Modeling, Hierarchy Management, and Informatica Data Director (IDD).

- Exhibit strong proficiency in Data Integration tools, specifically Informatica PowerCenter or IICS, with a proven ability to handle complex ETL processes and large-scale data migrations.

- Possess advanced SQL skills and a thorough understanding of relational database management systems, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

- Showcase a proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first work environment across multiple locations.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, backed by 8 - 10 years of professional experience in data engineering.
