Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop MDM solutions

- Configure data models, hierarchies, match rules

- Develop ETL mappings and workflows

- Integrate MDM with downstream systems

- Performance tuning and production support

- Work closely with business & data teams

Additional Responsibilities :

- Design & implement data governance standards using Informatica MDM

- Configure Base Objects, Packages, Trust & Validation rules

- Develop Match/Merge logic and survivorship rules

- Customize MDM Hub using User Exits & Java APIs

- Integrate MDM with upstream/downstream systems using REST/SOAP services

- Develop ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter

- Implement data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality

- Handle data migration and bulk data loads

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of MDM processes

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support

- Work with data architects to design scalable MDM architecture

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

- Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides

- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness
