Job Description :

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain)

- Experience working on end-to-end MDM lifecycle (landing - staging - BO - match - merge - publish)

- Hands-on expertise in :

a. Base Objects, Staging Tables, Landing Tables

b. Match & Merge (deterministic + probabilistic)

c. Trust & Validation rules

- Experience with Hierarchy Manager (HM) and relationships

- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration

- Ability to design and implement data models for Customer/Product domains

- Experience with batch jobs, load processes, and Hub Console configurations

- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and debugging

- Experience with SIF APIs / basic REST APIs for integration

- Exposure to IDMC (CDI / Cloud MDM basics)

- Ability to debug data load issues, match issues, and survivorship problems

- Experience with Informatica IDQ (Data Quality)

- Exposure to Axon / EDC for governance and lineage

- Experience with IDMC (Cloud MDM + CDI pipelines)

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience in on-prem to cloud migration (MDM ? IDMC)

- Understanding of real-time integration patterns

- Familiarity with PowerCenter ETL

- Basic scripting (Unix / Python)

- Informatica certifications (MDM / IDMC)

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Strong experience designing end-to-end MDM architecture (On-Prem + Cloud)

- Ability to define MDM strategy (registry, consolidation, coexistence styles)

- Expertise in data modeling for Customer/Product/Supplier domains

- Ability to design golden record, hierarchy, and cross-reference models

- Strong experience defining trust, survivorship, and match strategies

MDM Hub (On-Prem) Expertise :

- Deep hands-on experience with :

a. Base Objects, Staging, Landing layers

b. Match/Merge (deterministic + probabilistic tuning)

c. Hierarchy Manager, Relationship Management

d. IDD configuration (UI, workflows, stewardship)

- Expertise in Hub Console configuration and lifecycle management

- Strong experience in SIF APIs and real-time integrations

IDMC / Cloud MDM Expertise :

- Experience designing Cloud MDM (IDMC) architecture

- Strong knowledge of CDI (IICS) pipelines for ingestion/distribution

- Experience with Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) integration

- Ability to design hybrid architectures (On-Prem MDM + Cloud pipelines)

- Experience in cloud-native API-based integration patterns

Data Quality & Governance :

- Ability to define enterprise data quality framework (IDQ/CDQ)

- Experience integrating MDM with governance tools (Axon, EDC)

- Designing data stewardship workflows and exception management

- Strong understanding of data lineage, audit, and compliance

Performance & Scalability :

- Expertise in MDM performance tuning :

a. Match rule optimization

b. Tokenization tuning

c. Load process optimization

- Ability to design for high-volume, multi-source data ingestion

- Experience with scalability and high availability design

Delivery & Leadership :

- Ability to lead end-to-end MDM programs (design - build - deploy)

- Strong experience in client workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs

- Ability to mentor and review developers and leads

- Ownership of overall solution quality and architecture decisions
