Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica IICS Developer with DBT expertise to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), DBT (Data Build Tool), ETL/ELT development, and cloud-based data integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions, data transformation pipelines, and modern cloud data platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

- Develop and optimize DBT (Data Build Tool) models for ELT transformations in cloud data warehouses.

- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data integration solutions.

- Develop reusable mappings, mapping tasks, task flows, and workflows in IICS.

- Implement data cleansing, transformation, validation, and data quality processes.

- Optimize ETL/ELT jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Work with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Amazon Redshift.

- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and reporting teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to data pipelines and integrations.

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.

- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT Development, or Data Integration.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)

2. DBT (Data Build Tool)

- Expertise in :

1. ETL/ELT Development

2. Data Integration

3. Data Transformation

4. Data Migration

- Strong SQL programming and query optimization skills.

- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as :

1. Snowflake

2. Azure Synapse Analytics

3. Amazon Redshift

4. Google BigQuery (preferred)

- Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, flat files, and cloud applications.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL/ELT processes.

- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with :

- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- Informatica IICS Certification is highly preferred.

- DBT certification or hands-on project experience is an added advantage.
