Job Description Informatica IDM Specialists:

Role Overview:

We are seeking 4 Informatica Identity Management (IDM) professionals to support a strategic project in Dubai.

The team will consist of one senior onsite resource working closely with the client, and three experienced resources collaborating from India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Informatica IDM implementation: Design, configure, and deploy IDM solutions aligned with client requirements.

- Client engagement: The onsite senior resource will act as the primary liaison, managing client expectations and ensuring smooth delivery.

- Team leadership: Delegate tasks, provide technical guidance, and coordinate work between onsite and remote teams.

- Remote collaboration: Work effectively with distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshooting and support: Resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.

Required Experience:

- 4+ years Informatica IDM hands-on expertise.

- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and integration with enterprise systems.

- Proven ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced environments.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and coordinate with offshore teams.

- For the onsite senior role: prior experience in client-facing delivery and team delegation.

Location:

- 1 Senior Resource: On-site in Dubai, working directly with the client.

- 3 Resources: Pune from India, collaborating with the onsite lead.
