We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.

You will act as the bridge between business-facing teams, technology teams, and project management, ensuring seamless execution of development initiatives while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Delivery Ownership : Lead and manage large software delivery projects across the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Technical Leadership : Provide architectural and technical guidance to teams on .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and senior management to define project scope, priorities, and success criteria.

- Team Management : Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Agile Practices : Well aware of agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure teams follow best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and code quality standards.

- Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, providing mitigation strategies and escalating where necessary.

- Process Optimisation : Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

- Reporting : Provide regular project updates, status reports, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 12+ years of progressive experience in software development and delivery, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or delivery management role.

- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on background in Microsoft .NET stack including C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and Azure Cloud services/AWS.

- Project Management : Proven track record of managing complex projects with distributed teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).

- DevOps & CI/CD : Familiarity with AWS/Azure DevOps, Git, automated build and release pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.

- Leadership Skills : Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders and present delivery status effectively.

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor).

- Experience in leading a product development team.
