Position : Solution Architect Analytics

Role Overview :

Infocepts is seeking an experienced Solution Architect Analytics to drive the growth of its Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) practice. This role plays a strategic part in client advisory, solution design, pre-sales support, innovation, and talent development across analytics capabilities.

The Solution Architect will work closely with clients, sales, leadership, and delivery teams to shape analytics strategies, architect modern data solutions, and build reusable, scalable analytics assets that accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement, Delivery & Market Development :

- Engage with new and existing clients to provide advisory consulting and address unmet analytics needs

- Proactively track Data & Analytics (D&A) trends and influence client data strategies through thought leadership
- Identify white spaces and growth opportunities within client accounts

- Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution adoption and business value realization

Solution Architecture & Implementation :

- Architect and design modern, high-performance analytics and BI solutions leveraging people, process, and technology

- Drive solution reuse and AI-infused analytics architectures for faster, risk-mitigated implementations

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment and execution excellence

Pre-Sales & Opportunity Leadership :

Support pre-sales efforts including :

- Discovery workshops and requirement assessments

- Developing solution PoVs, architecture designs, and scope definitions

- Writing proposals and contributing to sales and marketing enablement

- Act as a solution evangelist for analytics platforms and technologies

Research, Innovation & Experimentation :

- Drive research and experimentation through Centers of Excellence (CoEs)

- Identify innovation opportunities to create differentiated analytics solutions

- Ensure Infocepts stays ahead in emerging analytics, AI, and BI trends

Knowledge Building & Thought Leadership :

- Build and enhance reusable analytics assets and foundation components

- Advance Infocepts analytics offerings through effective reuse and standardization

- Create thought leadership content and represent Infocepts at industry forums and events

- Anchor and leverage Communities of Practice (CoPs) for knowledge sharing and innovation

Talent Development & Mentorship :

- Build and nurture a high-performing analytics talent pool through hiring and upskilling

- Mentor associates and guide career progression using the Infocepts Career Architecture Framework

- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data & Analytics architecture

- Hands-on experience with modern analytics platforms, BI tools, and cloud-based data solutions

- Proven experience in client-facing advisory and consulting roles

- Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder management capabilities

- Ability to influence technical and business audiences through effective communication

- Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and driving innovation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Prior experience in analytics consulting or product-led organizations

- Participation in industry forums, CoEs, or thought leadership initiatives
