About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving DevOps strategy, optimizing software delivery pipelines, and enabling scalable, secure, and reliable deployments across enterprise environments. The role also involves supporting Data and AI platforms, integrating AI-assisted development tools, and implementing modern DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

- Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release management processes.

- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and ARM templates.

- Build automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash to improve operational efficiency.

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure Cloud Services.

- Support Data and AI platforms involving Azure Databricks, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL.

- Implement and support MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps practices to streamline AI and machine learning workflows.

- Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and automation.

- Implement governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and observability best practices.

- Drive platform engineering initiatives and establish reusable deployment frameworks and automation standards.

- Collaborate with development, data engineering, AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable software delivery.

- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

- Establish DevOps best practices across enterprise environments and continuously improve operational processes.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and automation.

- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Bicep and ARM templates.

- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash scripting.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience supporting data platforms and technologies such as Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.

- Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps concepts and implementation practices.

- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.

- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, monitoring, and observability.

- Understanding of platform engineering principles, DevOps methodologies, and software delivery best practices.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
