Job Overview:

Were seeking a Python Technical Lead to spearhead backend development and mentor a high-performing team. Youll be instrumental in designing scalable solutions and implementing best practices across the full SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems

- Build and maintain cloud-native, serverless applications (AWS Lambda)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues

- Drive CI/CD practices and modern DevOps implementation

- Stay updated with evolving tech trends and industry best practices

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA)

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

- Proficiency with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Strong experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

- Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
