About the Role :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform.

- Architect and deliver solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives.

- Design scalable ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

- Provide technical leadership for custom development on the ServiceNow platform including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom applications.

- Design modern and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Experience framework.

- Lead implementations of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows.

- Define platform architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Proven experience implementing solutions across IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow custom development and platform configuration.

- Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools.

- Experience building user interfaces using UI Builder and ServiceNow Experience framework.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

- Experience delivering solutions within Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Ability to guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.

Required Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS ITSM).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM (CIS ITOM).

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Integrations (CIS Integrations).
