About the job :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Technical Lead / Engineering Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership capabilities.

What We're Looking For :

- 8-13 years of overall software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML technologies

- Started career as a developer and progressed into a leadership role

- Currently managing a team of 15+ members

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects from planning to deployment

- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and project execution skills

- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, or Analytics projects preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor engineering teams

- Drive end-to-end project delivery

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

- Ensure timely, high-quality project execution

- Define technical roadmaps and engineering best practices

- Manage project risks, resources, and delivery milestones

Location : Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Compensation : Salary will be commensurate with experience, expertise, leadership capabilities, and overall fitment.

Note : Preference will be given to Ahmedabad-based candidates. Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad may also be considered.
