About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity operations and information security management to oversee security and infrastructure service delivery for large organisations. The role will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client/purchaser and Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring effective coordination, operational efficiency, timely issue resolution, and adherence to project and service delivery requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Manage cybersecurity and information security operations for large organisations or departments.

- Act as the primary SPOC between the purchaser, MSP, and end users, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

- Oversee cybersecurity service delivery and ensure timely resolution of operational issues, user queries, and escalations.

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in line with defined timelines and requirements.

- Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of security and infrastructure initiatives.

- Monitor operational performance, identify service delivery gaps, and drive corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to information security policies, operational processes, and service delivery standards.

- Manage project-related reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and escalations.

- Identify operational risks and support continuous improvement in cybersecurity service delivery.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in information security management, cybersecurity operations, or related IT infrastructure management roles, preferably in large organisations.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations.

- Proven experience managing projects and coordinating information security service delivery.

- Mandatory PMP certification.

- Graduate or Master's degree from a recognised university.

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, information security processes, and service management.

- Experience coordinating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.

- Ability to take ownership as the primary SPOC and ensure effective project and service delivery.
