Your Role :
Key responsibilities :
- Lead and drive power-related design methodologies, analysis, and optimization activities.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain design automation solutions using scripting languages such as Tcl and Perl.
- Provide technical leadership for flow development and methodology initiatives across geographically distributed teams.
- Translate product specifications into efficient physical implementation solutions using advanced EDA tools.
- Execute and contribute across all stages of the RTL-to-GDSII design flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance, power, quality, and schedule targets.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and drive effective resolutions.
- Champion continuous improvement of design flows and implementation practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in CAD and/or Physical Design for highly complex SoCs.
- Strong technical expertise across the entire RTL-to-GDSII design flow.
- Demonstrated technical leadership with a proven track record of driving successful projects.
- Hands-on experience in physical design and CAD methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, and Python.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
