About the Role:

IndusInd Bank is looking for an experienced Technical Lead - Digital IT to lead the development and delivery of next-generation digital banking applications across Mobile, Web, and Backend platforms.

The role requires strong technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms, microservices, DevSecOps, and mobile application engineering, along with the ability to lead engineering teams and drive application performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale digital banking applications across mobile, web, and backend platforms.

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Lead development of mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.

- Design and implement microservices and API-based architectures.

- Drive cloud-native application development and deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment practices.

- Manage and oversee mobile application release processes across iOS and Android.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

- Drive application security governance and ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.

- Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver digital banking solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in software engineering / application development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot and React Native.

- Experience leading development of large-scale digital applications.

- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, containers, and DevSecOps.

- Experience managing or contributing to mobile application releases across iOS and Android.

- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and drive engineering best practices.

- Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or other large-scale consumer-facing digital applications would be an advantage.
