Role Overview :

As Senior Lead/Manager - BFSI, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, focusing on areas such as Payment Processing, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Cyber Security, and Fraud Risk Implementation. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, drive business growth, and provide strategic guidance on technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage BFSI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, to deliver exceptional value to clients.

- Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Payment Processing, Payment Systems, AML, Cyber Security, IT Governance, Fraud Strategy, and Fraud Risk Implementation, to guide project teams and clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions, to foster long-term partnerships.

- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and analysts, providing guidance, support, and training, to enhance their skills and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, to drive revenue growth.

- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices, to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies, to ensure project success.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector, to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects within the BFSI sector, specifically in Payment Processing, AML, Cyber Security, and Fraud Risk Implementation.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Deep understanding of BFSI industry regulations and compliance requirements, including AML, KYC, and data privacy.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
