About the Role :

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and technology. You will own and scale insurance-led product experiences, driving outcomes across revenue, compliance, and customer experience.

What You'll Own :

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Own full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization

- Collaborate with insurers, underwriting, legal, compliance, and tech teams

- Ensure IRDAI-compliant product development

- Balance revenue, risk, and customer experience

- Drive data-backed decisions through insights and analytics

- Partner with GTM teams for product launches and growth

- Build structured PRDs and documentation

What We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of product experience (insurance/fintech preferred)

- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle and IRDAI regulations

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions

- Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, and integrations

- Strong stakeholder management across teams

- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue and growth

- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
