We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer - Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, develop, and lead the implementation of intelligent AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building enterprise-grade copilots, conversational AI solutions, and intelligent automations that enhance business productivity and user experience.

As a technical leader, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI-powered solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Build and configure intelligent copilots, conversational AI applications, and virtual assistants for business use cases.

- Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party applications.

- Develop and manage custom connectors, plugins, APIs, and workflows to extend copilot capabilities.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.

Candidate Profile :

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise solution delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI concepts.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, API development, and system integration patterns.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Budget : 35 to 40 LPA
