We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with strong expertise in SQL, along with proficiency in Power BI and SSRS. This is a pure dedicated development position that requires the ability to deliver instant solutions through careful analysis and timely implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining databases, creating insightful reports, and driving business intelligence initiatives with agility and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions with a focus on performance and scalability.-

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports tailored to evolving business reporting needs.

- Create dynamic, interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI that empower data-driven decisions.

- Perform thorough database performance tuning and rapid troubleshooting to meet urgent business demands.

- Ensure robust data integrity, security, and consistency across multiple systems.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to quickly understand business challenges, perform detailed analysis, and translate findings into effective, actionable solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of database designs, development processes, and best practices to support ongoing development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in SQL with proven experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for developing and managing business-critical reports.

- Expertise in Power BI for building compelling dashboards and delivering clear data visualizations.

- Deep knowledge of database design principles, normalization, and advanced performance tuning techniques.

- Familiarity with SQL Server or comparable relational database systems.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide immediate, solution-oriented responses to emerging issues.

- Excellent communication skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented development environment.

- Working Time : 3 : 30 PM IST till 1 : 30 AM IST (Interaction/coordination with client from 7 : 30 PM IST till 1 : 30 AM IST)
