We are looking for a Senior IDMC Subject Matter Expert with 10+ years of experience and strong technical expertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), particularly Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). The role will provide technical leadership across architecture, delivery, performance, security, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines using IDMC services including CDI, CDQ, and CAI.

- Design real-time API integrations, event-driven workflows, and high-volume batch processing across cloud and on-premises systems.

- Establish and govern data profiling, cleansing, quality rules, and monitoring frameworks using CDQ.

- Lead, mentor, and technically guide data engineers and developers.

- Oversee sprint planning, task sequencing, code reviews, environment promotion, and delivery best practices.

- Manage Secure Agent clusters, including sizing, scaling, upgrades, and HA/DR configurations, in collaboration with cloud administrators.

- Optimize complex mappings, elastic clusters, and Pushdown Optimization (PDO) for high-volume delta processing and cost efficiency.

- Implement data security and governance, including asset-level RBAC, SAML/SSO, and secure connection management.

- Act as the final technical escalation point for complex mapping failures, API latency, Secure Agent issues, and data discrepancies.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security teams, DBAs, and Business Analysts to deliver new data requirements.

- Coordinate integration changes with IDMC monthly cloud release cycles to minimize production impact.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or related technology roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC, particularly CDI, CDQ, and CAI.

- Strong understanding of API integrations, event-driven architecture, batch processing, data quality, and data governance.

- Experience with Secure Agent administration, performance tuning, HA/DR, RBAC, SAML/SSO, and security controls.

- Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, delivery management, and stakeholder management.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex integration and data-quality issues.
