- Have 4-6 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in backend and a good understanding of frontend.

- Have backend hands-on experience in any one of Javascript, Python, Java, Golang, Elixir, etc.

- Have frontend experience in React.

- Are proficient in one of the relational databases e.g.: Postgres or MySQL.

- Have experience with production systems and a good understanding of CI/CD.

- Have a strong understanding of OOP or FP with clean coding (SOLID principles) skills.

- Have hands-on experience using systems like Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Redis.

- Have experience working with cloud services, preferably on GCP or AWS.

- Have the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient systems.

- Have clear, unambiguous communication, both written and verbal.

- Have a strong will to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Good to have :

- Knowledge of AI Native engineering - leveraging AI for design, development, and maintenance of systems.

- Working experience with Elastic Search.

- Contributions to open source.
