Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Saviynt Implementer with 6+ years of expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, along with hands-on experience in integrating with enterprise systems, managing configurations, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Saviynt Platform - Detail technical understanding of how Saviynt platform engineering works and how rules and logics are built.

- AD/AAD - Detail understanding of AD domains and logical structuring and AAD as a tenant.

- Role governance - Detail understanding of how Identity role engineering works in context to Saviynt as a platform and AD-AAD group's membership.

- Exposure to MTO (Multi-tenant organization feature from Microsoft) as a capability.

- Design, develop, and deploy enhancements for ARS, SoD, and Recertification workflows.

- Configure entitlement governance (RBAC/SODs), access reviews, and attestation processes.

- Collaborate with product teams to onboard applications and improve automation/self-service capabilities.

- Maintain high code quality and operational integrity across all deliverables.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Saviynt solutions.

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Understanding of audit controls, compliance, and IAM governance models.
