IBM Sterling Commerce Engineer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure applications in line with business requirements.

- Integrate IBM Sterling with APIs, OMS, and other systems.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team skill development.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.

Mandatory Skills :

- IBM Sterling Integrator / File Gateway

- IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)

- API Development & Integration (REST/SOAP)

- Database Management & SQL

- Application Troubleshooting & Debugging

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies

- Team collaboration and ability to act as SME.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Order Management Systems (other than Sterling OMS)

- Familiarity with Middleware Integration Tools

- Experience in Project Monitoring / Knowledge Sharing / Mentoring
