Role : Implement, configure, and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and manage WebSEAL / Reverse Proxy environments.

- Configure junctions and onboard enterprise applications.

- Implement and support SSO, authentication, and authorization solutions.

- Integrate ISAM with LDAP / Active Directory and enterprise applications.

- Configure access policies and authentication mechanisms.

Architect and deploy robust ISAM/Tivoli Access Manager solutions to provide secure, scalable identity management for diverse enterprise applications.

- Configure and fine-tune WebSEAL instances and reverse proxy settings to enforce granular access control policies and protect backend resources from unauthorized exposure.

- Lead the migration and upgrade of legacy IBM Security environments to modern, cloud-ready architectures to improve performance and security compliance.

- Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on security best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the security domain.

Experience :

- 6+ yrs of relevant experience in ISAM.
