Overview :

The Global Information Security Office (GISO) at Pure Storage is seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to support and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. This role focuses on onboarding applications and credentials, managing IAM platforms, ensuring operational excellence, and providing L1/L2 support across a range of IAM and security tools.

What you'll be doing :

- Manage and support IAM platforms including Okta (IdP), 1Password (EPM), Okta Privileged Access (PAM), Lumos (IGA), Keyfactor, DigiCert (PKI) and others

- Support onboarding and implementation of IAM program solutions, including applications, accounts, and credentials across on-prem and cloud environments

- Expand and optimize discovery scans to ensure full coverage across IAM services

- Assist in IAM service migrations, deployments, and project execution, including status reporting and risk tracking

- Perform system patching, maintenance, upgrades, and installation of fix packs for IAM platforms

- Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and PagerDuty

- Develop automation scripts and workflows using tools such as Tines to improve operational efficiency

- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and resource availability

- Manage, prioritize, and resolve IAM-related tickets using Jira and ServiceNow

- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs and technical documentation in Confluence and other platforms

- Provide L1 support by troubleshooting standard IAM issues, validating incidents, and applying known solutions

- Troubleshoot IAM integrations, instance replication issues, and system-level failures

- Support OS and application patching activities during change windows

- Participate in 24x7 support model, including on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.

What you bring to the team :

- Strong experience in IdP, IAM, PAM, IGA, and PKI technologies

- Hands-on expertise with Okta, AD, and IAM integrations

- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus) and alerting systems (PagerDuty)

- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Tines or similar)

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Excellent documentation and communication abilities

- Nice to have experience in Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.)

Work Arrangement : Remote is fine. Occasional trips to the office for training, etc.
