Role Overview :

As an IAM Security Lead, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of identity and access frameworks to secure critical enterprise environments. You will serve as the primary technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, security architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that identity governance policies align with organizational risk appetite. This role is pivotal in safeguarding digital assets, streamlining user access workflows, and ensuring seamless compliance across complex, multi-cloud, and on-premise infrastructures in our Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to mitigate unauthorized access risks and ensure data integrity across the enterprise.

- Oversee Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes to automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access certifications, reducing administrative overhead and compliance gaps.

- Lead the integration of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) protocols to enhance user experience while maintaining stringent security postures.

- Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, ensuring 100% compliance with industry standards.

- Mentor junior security analysts and engineers by providing technical guidance on troubleshooting complex identity-related incidents and system bottlenecks.

- Evaluate emerging security technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the maturity of the organization's identity management ecosystem.

Required Skillset:

Technical Expertise:

- IGA, AM, PAM, ADMgmt, AI-enabled IAM, ITDR, or intelligent automation platforms.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end IAM lifecycles, including deep technical proficiency in IGA platforms and directory services.

- Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable technical architectures that support business growth.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical security risks to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of professional experience in information security, with a specific focus on identity management and access governance.

- Advanced problem-solving capabilities to navigate high-pressure environments and resolve critical access-related security incidents.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Mumbai, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead projects independently.
