Job Description :

The IAM Security Lead is accountable for defining, designing, and securing the enterprise Identity and Access Management landscape across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This role serves as the technical authority for identity security, driving Zero Trust adoption, modern authentication, privileged access controls, and AI-driven automation to reduce risk and operational friction at scale.

Expected Skills :

- Define and drive enterprise IAM strategy aligned with Zero Trust and cloud-first principles.

- Manage and secure Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication.

- Govern authentication and authorization standards using OAuth, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.

- Lead IGA, PAM, PIM, RBAC, and JML lifecycle automation initiatives.

- Strengthen identity security through ITDR, AI-driven automation, and SIEM/SOAR integration.

- Ensure IAM compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements.

- Provide identity risk reporting and mentor IAM teams while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application stakeholders.
