Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Security Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as a critical guardian of our digital perimeter, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of identities and ensuring that access is granted securely and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams, compliance officers, and global stakeholders to architect robust access frameworks that protect sensitive corporate assets.

By streamlining authentication protocols and enforcing strict privilege management, you will directly influence the organization's security posture, ensuring a seamless yet highly secure experience for our global user base while maintaining rigorous adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint and CyberArk to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to critical systems.

- Manage complex Active Directory and LDAP environments to maintain accurate user directories and streamline authentication workflows for enterprise applications.

- Configure and troubleshoot SAML and OAuth integrations to facilitate secure single sign-on experiences across cloud and on-premise platforms.

- Enforce the principle of least privilege by auditing and refining Access Control Lists, thereby reducing the organization's overall attack surface.

- Collaborate with internal audit and risk teams to perform compliance analytics, ensuring that all access patterns align with industry security policies and regulatory mandates.

- Lead the resolution of high-priority security incidents and identity-related bottlenecks, providing rapid technical support to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing enterprise IAM suites, specifically SailPoint for identity governance and CyberArk for privileged access management.

- Proven ability to configure modern authentication standards including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect within Okta or PingFederate environments.

- Strong analytical mindset for performing deep-dive troubleshooting of complex identity synchronization issues and directory service errors.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical security requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and management.

- A proactive approach to Information Security, with a keen eye for identifying potential vulnerabilities in access workflows before they are exploited.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and the capacity to coordinate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management roles.
