Role Overview :

As an IAM Saviynt Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying robust identity governance solutions that protect enterprise assets. You will work closely with security architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Saviynt IAG configurations. Your work will directly influence the security posture of our clients, ensuring that identity lifecycles are managed efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Saviynt IAG modules to meet specific client identity governance and administration requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex workflows, connectors, and rulesets to automate user provisioning and access certification processes.

- Integrate Saviynt with various enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directories to ensure seamless identity data synchronization.

- Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning of the Saviynt environment to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve system reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support to ensure successful project delivery.

- Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and long-term system maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing Saviynt IAG solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong proficiency in IAM concepts, including role-based access control, segregation of duties, and identity lifecycle management.

- Ability to write complex scripts and utilize APIs to extend the functionality of the Saviynt platform.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical security challenges to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.

- Flexibility to work across various locations including Bangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Noida, and Greater Noida, with a professional approach to hybrid or client-site engagements.

- Candidates must possess between 4 to 18 years of relevant professional experience in the IAM domain.
