We are seeking an experienced hands-on Saviynt Implementer with 3 to 5 years of expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements, along with hands-on experience in integrating with enterprise systems, managing configurations, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Saviynt IGA solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, and compliance requirements.

- Integrate Saviynt with various enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, UKG, Google Suites, ServiceNow, and custom applications) via APIs, connectors, and other protocols.

- Develop custom workflows, rules, and reports to meet specific client needs while adhering to best practices.

- Configure periodic access reviews, SoD (Segregation of Duties) policies, and compliance reports to align with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Diagnose and resolve implementation issues, including connector troubleshooting.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Saviynt solutions, including workflows, connectors, and reports.

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including identity lifecycle, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and access certifications.

- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and other protocols.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in complex environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
