Position Name : IAM Developer

Working Days : Monday To Friday

Working Time : 11.30am to 8pm

Working Location : Gurgaon/Chennai

Working Mode : Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH)

Must Have Skills : IAM, SailPoint, ISC

Total Exp : >5 (Higher is better)

Interview Mode : L1: MS Teams, L2: MS Teams

Required Skills :

- Expert in Identity and Access Governance (IGA) / Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) (solution agnostic)

- Expert Level Proficiency in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/ISE)

- Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.

- Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and its concepts like Access Lifecycle Management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver Workflows, Access Certifications, Governance controls and compliance.

- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC, Web Services etc.

- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory in Hybrid identity architectures

- Experience troubleshooting complex provisioning and connector issues.

- Understanding of Single Sign on technologies like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) etc.

- Strong scripting/automation experience using PowerShell, JSON, and API-based automation.

- Candidates with experience in both One Identity Manager & SailPoint are preferred.

- SailPoint certification is required.
