Experience Requirements :

- Experience in identity and access management across public clouds (AWS, Azure).

- Experience engineering and deploying Saviynt as an IGA, ISPM, AAG and CPAM.

- Hands on experience deploying and consuming Microsoft Azure Identity stack (Entra, etc).

- Strong proficiency in platform engineering toolchains (e.g. Gitlab/GitHub, Terraform, Ansible).

- Experience in Test-driven development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps etc.

- Experience in leading engineering of IAM solutions in a Financial Services Industry context.

- Experience with using ServiceNow for ITSM.

- Exposure to Atlassian Jira for Project Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy scalable IAM solutions across cloud platforms to ensure robust authentication and authorization protocols for enterprise-wide applications.

- Lead the integration of cloud-native security tools with existing legacy systems to provide a unified identity governance experience for internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct comprehensive security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with global data protection standards and regulatory requirements.

- Mentor high-performing engineering teams by providing technical guidance on identity lifecycle management and privileged access security to enhance overall operational efficiency.

- Partner with business units to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that support organizational growth and digital transformation.

Certifications :

- Identity and Access Management for Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS Certified Security - Specialty, SC-300 Microsoft identity and Access Administrator, AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, Saviynt Certified PAM Professional, Saviynt Certified IGA professional).
