Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect to spearhead our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives in Bangalore. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority for securing our enterprise infrastructure, ensuring that privileged credentials are managed, monitored, and rotated with precision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional security teams, IT operations, and global stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable identity architectures. By fortifying our access controls, you will directly mitigate insider threats and ensure compliance, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets and maintaining the integrity of our global business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement end-to-end PAM solutions using Delinea to ensure secure access to critical infrastructure and sensitive data.
- Lead the integration of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks with existing Active Directory environments to streamline user lifecycle management and access certification.
- Architect high-availability IAM solutions that align with organizational security policies, ensuring seamless authentication and authorization across hybrid cloud environments.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability remediation to protect privileged accounts from unauthorized access and potential exploitation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define security roadmaps, providing technical guidance that balances operational agility with stringent security compliance.
- Automate routine identity management tasks to reduce manual overhead and minimize human error in credential management workflows.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade PAM platforms, specifically CyberArk or Delinea, with a deep understanding of vaulting, session recording, and credential rotation.
- Strong technical proficiency in Active Directory architecture, including group policy management, forest trusts, and domain security hardening.
- Proven ability to design and maintain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes that satisfy complex audit and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security risks and technical solutions to both technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
- Professional certification such as CISSP is highly preferred, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of global security standards and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead technical projects independently.
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, with a track record of delivering secure, scalable solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
