Job Title : IAM Architect

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.

- Implement and support IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, federation, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

- Define identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.

- Develop and maintain IAM standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

- Integrate applications with IAM platforms using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.

- Lead IAM modernization and cloud identity initiatives for Azure AD, AWS, and GCP environments.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls.

- Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

- Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments, and recommend remediation strategies.

- Support audits and compliance requirements such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and ISO 27001.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and operations teams.

- Develop automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on IAM architecture.

- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock).

- Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Federation, and PAM solutions.

- Strong understanding of cloud security and Zero Trust principles.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
