We are seeking an experienced IAM professional to design, build, and deliver largescale identity and access management solutions for our clients. The role blends technical leadership, client interaction, and mentorship, operating in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model. You will drive IAM strategy, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations based on detailed requirements and design specifications.

- Architect, design and implement enterprisegrade IAM solutions that scale across multiple environments.

- Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations.

- Architect, design and implement large scale IAM solutions.

- Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an on-site - offshore delivery model.

- Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors.

- Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies.

- Contribute to eminence activities such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies.

- Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite - offshore delivery model for multiple projects.

- Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion.

- Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM roadmap, vendor selection etc.).

- Enabling business development by assisting in RFP and sales processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong architectural and design capabilities for largescale IAM implementations.

- Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to engage vendors for issue resolution.
