Role Overview :
As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a critical guardian of the organization's digital perimeter. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, ensuring that access controls are strictly aligned with security policies and compliance mandates. Working closely with cross-functional IT teams and global stakeholders, you will troubleshoot complex access issues, optimize authentication workflows, and maintain the integrity of the IAM infrastructure to mitigate cyber risks and ensure seamless user productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms to ensure accurate provisioning and de-provisioning of user access across enterprise systems.
- Configure and manage IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) environments to enforce robust authentication and authorization protocols.
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents within ServiceNow, ensuring all tickets are addressed within defined SLA timelines to maintain operational continuity.
- Implement and troubleshoot SAML-based single sign-on integrations to provide secure and efficient access for internal and external users.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with security architects to refine identity management policies and integrate new applications into the existing IAM framework.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Identity Management and IGA solutions within complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to configure IBM Security Access Manager and IBM i systems to secure critical business applications.
- Strong technical proficiency in SAML protocols and federation services to support secure authentication across diverse platforms.
- Experience managing service requests and incident workflows within ServiceNow, with a strict focus on meeting established SLA metrics.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically regarding incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex access issues while maintaining clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to handle high-pressure security tasks.
- A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, with a specific focus on IAM operations.
