About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our development team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP frameworks, modern web technologies, and a passion for clean and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate with frontend or third-party services.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver user-focused solutions.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and loading speed.

- Debug and resolve software issues, ensuring application stability and security.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including code reviews, sprint planning, and stand-up meetings.

- Maintain code versioning using Git and document technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.

- Strong knowledge of core PHP and experience with at least one PHP framework (i.e., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).

- Proficiency in working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations (i.e., payment gateways, social media APIs).

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and software design principles
